Contract Administrator's Assistant

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering the telephone and routing calls to the appropriate member of staff.
  • Processing Engineers Worksheets:
    • Review engineer's timesheets and record information as required.
    • Entering information from engineer's inspection reports onto a computer database.
    • Invoice completed service calls.
    • Maintaining spreadsheets and collating worksheets for collective service contracts.
    • File completed paperwork.

Liaising with customers to:

  • Request Order Numbers as required
  • Book service appointments.

Working Hours

  • 20hrs to Per Week Monday to Friday (Times to be agreed)

Rate of Pay

  • From £10.50 per hour depending on experience


  • Holidays entitlement is four weeks per year plus Bank Holidays
    (One of the four weeks is reserved for the Christmas shutdown)


  • In house training will be provided as necessary and we anticipate that the roll will evolve over time. (Experience with Microsoft Office would be an advantage)

Security Screening

  • Employment would be subject to a three month probationary period of assessment and satisfactory completion of Security Screening to BS 7858
