Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
- Answering the telephone
and routing calls to the appropriate member of staff.
- Duties may include,
but not limited to:
- Processing Engineers
Worksheets:
- Review engineer's
timesheets and record information as required.
- Entering information
from engineer's inspection reports onto a computer database.
- Invoice completed
service calls.
- Maintaining spreadsheets
and collating worksheets for collective service contracts.
- File completed
paperwork.
Liaising
with customers to:
- Request Order Numbers
as required
- Book service appointments.
Working
Hours
- 25hrs to Per Week
between Monday to Friday (Times to be agreed)

of Pay
Holidays
- Holidays entitlement
is four weeks per year plus Bank Holidays
(One of the four weeks is reserved for the Christmas shutdown)
Training
- In house training
will be provided as necessary and we anticipate that the roll
will evolve over time. (Experience with Microsoft Office would
be an advantage)
Security
Screening
- Employment would
be subject to a three month probationary period of assessment
and satisfactory completion of Security Screening to BS 7858
