We have set out below our response to coronavirus based
on the latest information we have.
We
will update this page as new advice becomes available.
We
will also be monitoring the coronavirus situation locally
and will follow the advice from the Government, our Health
& Safety Consultants and various trades organisations.
The
safety of our customers and staff is our top priority.
Information
on upcoming appointments:
-
If
you have an appointment for a service or repair in your
home or business, we ask that you contact us if you,
or anyone in your property, have a new cough, high temperature,
or if anyone in your property is self-isolating.
-
Our
engineer may also ask if there has been any change in
your situation since the appointment was booked/requested
-
We
will not be able to visit your home if you have any
of the above symptoms.
-
If
we need to cancel your visit we will re-book the appointment
for when you are no longer self-isolating, and we will
make arrangements for emergency repairs.
-
If
we are unable to attend your site our engineers will
provide telephone assistance to ensure that, where possible,
your system remains functional.
-
It
may be necessary to give you the option to set your
system with some devices isolated in which case you
should consider advising your insurance provider.
-
We
are following the latest government advice and if any
of our staff have flu-like symptoms, they will be self-isolating.
- In
addition to the above we will:
- Maintain
separation from other people of at least 2m
- Engineers
will use Masks, Gloves, Sanitiser and Antibacterial
Wipes where necessary.
- We
will wipe any equipment we need to touch before and
after any testing.
- Be
mindful of the need to protect our staff while Lone Working:
- All
staff carry mobile phones to enable for them to summon
assistance if needed
- Our
vehicles are Tracked and the system regularly checked
for indication of any unusually lengthy time on site.
